We use a dry vacuum to thoroughly remove larger particles such as hair, skin flakes, and dirt from the sofa surface.
We apply a low-foam, furniture-safe shampoo using a circular single-disc pad, which penetrates deep into the sofa to encapsulate hidden dirt. We apply stain remover for targeted treatment, as needed
We next use a wet extraction vacuum to draw out the shampoo and stain treatment, repeating the process several times to ensure all the cleaning solution is removed.
We finish with a dry vacuum to remove moisture, followed by a chemical treatment to prevent mold, bedbugs, and mites, leaving your sofa fresh and clean.

What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.
As our workers are hired as full time Luce employees, we properly train each hire before they are deployed. This is to make sure their work is up to the standard we consistently aim to provide.
It depends on the type of cleaning method you selected, and the number of items you booked for cleaning.
On average, Deep Extratcion can take at least an hour to complete per item, but can be lower or higher depending on the size of the furniture. UV-C Cleaning can take at least 30 minutes per mattress, but will also be dependent on the size of mattresses for cleaning.
Deep Extraction involves using a low moisture shampoo solution, with scrubbing and vacuuming to clean your furniture. Because this involves low moisture, this will also involve low drying time. This method of cleaning can also help lighten stains and reduce odours (please note that we cannot guarantee complete removal of stains and odors, as this depends on the condition of your furniture).
We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.
You can use your voucher codes on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under "Your Order" after you select your package.
Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
