Industrial Cleaning Service Inclusion

I’m writing to inform a proposal that will keep us winning each week, while staying in the gold tier of the alliance duel league. An announcement will be made so we can open the discussion in that thread.  > For this week’s VS, please save your resources and score 7.2M daily. We don’t need to win this week.  Now, our strategy when the new alliance duel league starts will be the following:  - We want to stay in the Gold league, but we want to aim for the best possible rewards. Ideally, we want to win 3 consecutive weeks, and then rest on the 4th week to prevent promotion to the Diamond league. This makes us rank 2 after the 4 weeks.  - To win the weekly VS, we should score at least 7 points versus our opponent. Each day has an allocated point towards this goal. Day 1 gives 1 point. Days 2 to 5 give 2 points each. Day 6 gives 4 points.  - This means we can win days 1, 2, 6, or 3, 4, 6, and so on. As long as we score at least 7 points.  So the plan is, for each week, we push on the following days: - Week 1 - days 3, 4, and 6 - Week 2 - days 1, 2, and 6 - Week 3 - days 3, 4, and 6 - Week 4 - rest week  We repeat this every 4 weeks.  Weeks 1 and 3 contain tech and hero days. Resources for tech and hero are easier to save, so we push on these days, every other week. This ensures we power up every 2 weeks while winning the VS week.   Week 2 contains drone and construction days. Both areas are harder to do because of the lack of drone parts or longer construction days. We push on both days only once every 4 weeks. This gives you more time to save drone parts and construction resources.  Week 4 will be our rest week. If we win all 4 weeks, we will be promoted to the Diamond league, which we don’t want, so we have to lose this week.  Day 5 is an optional push day in case we lose 1 day in any week.  Day 6 is enemy buster. If you will not attack, it is important to open your shield to prevent giving free points to our opponent.  How Does It Affect VIP Train Incentive?  For weeks 1-3, we will only consider the points scored on the push days. For week 4, the R4s are still discussing them.

Where do your cleaners come from?

Our industrial cleaning team consists of local Singaporeans, permanent residents, and individuals with valid work passes. Though they come from various backgrounds, every cleaner is professionally trained and certified to meet Luce’s high standards. We also conduct strict checks with the ICA to confirm each cleaner's legal work status before assigning them to any job, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Are your cleaners insured and trained?

Our cleaners are all insured as laid out in the Work Injury Compensation Act under MOM. We always ensure that our cleaners are properly trained and knowledgeable about cleaning materials. We assume responsibility for having our cleaners trained under the NEA Environmental Cleaning Work Skills Qualifications Framework, and that all cleaners part of this agreement should have completed the EC WSQ Basic Cleaning Modules within 3 months from the start of your service contract.

How does Luce maintain the quality of your industrial cleaning services?

Why hasn’t my cleaner arrived at the scheduled time?

Our cleaners usually rely on public transportation, so minor delays may happen due to traffic or transit timing. They may arrive within a 15-minute window before or after your scheduled appointment. For first-time visits, cleaners might also need additional time to find your building. We appreciate your patience as they make their way to provide you with quality industrial cleaning service.

Is there a minimum service contract period for industrial cleaning?

Yes, there is. If you supply your own cleaning materials, the minimum contract duration is 3 months. If you opt for Luce to provide industrial-grade cleaning supplies, a 12-month minimum contract is required.

Do I need to provide the cleaning equipment?

That’s entirely your choice. You can either supply the equipment yourself or have Luce bring it. If you opt for us to provide the equipment, a longer service contract will be necessary. In the event you end the service while using our equipment, we’ll schedule a pickup by an authorised team member.

Is a site visit required before providing a quote?

A site visit is not usually necessary if you can provide key details such as the size of your facility. However, if there are special requests or unique conditions that could affect pricing, we may recommend a site visit to ensure an accurate quote. Just let us know what you need.

Can I reschedule my industrial cleaning appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule for free as long as you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that new appointment schedule will depend on our cleaner’s availability.
