What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.

Yes. All our beauticians are full-time team members who receive professional training before providing services. This ensures every home facial meets our quality standards.

The duration depends on the home facial treatment you choose. Typically, a session takes around 60 minutes.

Yes, of course. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to adjust our beauticians’ schedules. You can easily manage your bookings through the Luce App.

You can use your voucher code on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under “Your Order” after you select your package.

Payment is made after your home facial. You can settle invoices through the Luce App, or follow the payment instructions we send after each session. We currently accept PayNow and DBS Bank transfers.

Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. Our beauticians will check in with you during the facial so you can share feedback on the spot. If you’re still unhappy after the session, please reach out to our team. We’ll do our best to make it right.
