Aircon servicing from $15/unit

Dust and debris can accumulate in your air conditioner if you don't do regular service on it. As a result, the filters will become clogged with debris and your aircon will not operate at its best since the airflow will be obstructed. Furthermore, a dirty system or clogged filter may increase electrical usage and bills. Servicing the aircon will get rid of dirt and grime. Moreover, air conditioning service enables you to live a quiet life and get the most out of your unit's investment!

We typically recommend having your unit serviced every 3-4 months, depending on how often you are using your aircon. We offer packages for both quarterly and triannual servicing, for your convenience.

For residential aircon units, we don't recommend higher frequency (once a month to once every 2 months), as this might cause components to wear out faster. However, an exception to this is facilities that have a strict requirement for monthly maintenance due to health concerns, such as healthcare facilities or laboratories.

We repair & service all types and brands of wall- and ceiling-mounted aircons sold in Singapore. We currently do not service central aircon systems.

General servicing involves washing the filters, evaporator coil, fan blower wheel and drainage pipe.

Chemical wash involves everything from general servicing plus cleaning the fan coil with a very strong chemical to remove any dust or mould that are stuck inside it. This greatly improves the cooling capacity of the aircon if there was a build-up of grime inside the coil. A chemical wash is fine for units of all ages.

Chemical overhaul follows the same steps as chemical wash, but involves dismantling the aircon completely off the wall so that we can clean each compartment individually. This is recommended only for units below 10 years old. Older units may be a breakage hazard when dismantled.

Chemical cleaning is very thorough and we recommend these services for aircons that are used very often but haven't been serviced in a while, or an aircons that aren't cold anymore.

What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.

We employ local Singaporeans, PRs, and foreigners who hold a work pass. Our cleaners and service workers are hired as full-time Luce employees, so we make sure to check their legal work status with ICA before we deploy them to take on jobs.

As our workers are hired as full time Luce employees, we properly train each hire before they are deployed. This is to make sure their work is up to the standard we consistently aim to provide.

Yes, all of our technicians can understand and communicate in at least basic English. However, we request your patience and understanding when giving them instructions.

A general aircon servicing session would usually only take up to 30 minutes per unit.

We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.

You can use your voucher codes on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under "Your Order" after you select your package.

Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
