We provide weekly (recurring) cleaning, and one-time/ad hoc sessions. For weekly cleaning, you will get the same cleaner every session. For ad-hoc sessions, you will be assigned the closest available cleaner for your selected timeslot.
What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.
We employ local Singaporeans, PRs, and foreigners who hold a work pass. Our cleaners and service workers are hired as full-time Luce employees, so we make sure to check their legal work status with ICA before we deploy them to take on jobs.

Yes, all of our home cleaners can understand and communicate in at least basic English. However, we request your patience and understanding when giving them instructions.
Our minimum session duration is 3 hours, but we also offer 4 hour sessions for larger spaces.
We have morning (8am-12pm), afternoon (1-5pm), and evening (6-10pm) timeslots, and you can select any schedule that works best for you. This is to make sure our cleaners have enough travel between cleaning sessions.
We do not provide cleaning equipment for hygiene purposes - imagine a cleaner using a mop at your house that has mopped 50 other bathrooms. If you don't have equipment, you can refer to our recommended equipment list to store at your house for our cleaners to use.
We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.
You can use your voucher codes on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under "Your Order" after you select your package.
Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
