We use a dry vacuum to thoroughly remove hair, skin flakes, and dust from the mattress surface and seams.
We apply a mattress-safe shampoo with a circular single-disc pad which penetrates the mattress and will be extracted in the next steps, as well as stain remover to treat stains.
We next use a wet extraction vacuum to draw out the shampoo and stain treatment, repeating the process several times to ensure all shampoo is removed.

What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.
As our workers are hired as full time Luce employees, we properly train each hire before they are deployed. This is to make sure their work is up to the standard we consistently aim to provide.
It depends on the type of cleaning method you selected, and the number of items you booked for cleaning.
On average, Deep Extratcion can take at least an hour to complete per item, but can be lower or higher depending on the size of the furniture. UV-C Cleaning can take at least 30 minutes per mattress, but will also be dependent on the size of mattresses for cleaning.
While both methods of cleaning can remove dust and debris, UV-C Cleaning is 100% dry cleaning, while Deep Extraction is a low moisture method of cleaning.
UV-Cleaning uses heat and vacuuming to remove dust, dirt, and bed bugs.
Deep Extraction involves using a low moisture shampoo solution, with scrubbing and vacuuming to clean your furniture. Because this involves low moisture, this will also involve low drying time. This method of cleaning can also help lighten stains and reduce odours (please note that we cannot guarantee complete removal of stains and odors, as this depends on the condition of your furniture).
We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.

Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
