As our mattress cleaners are hired as full time Luce employees, we properly train each hire before they are deployed. This is to make sure their work is up to the mattress cleaning service standard we consistently aim to provide.

What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.

We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.

Simply enter the voucher code during the booking process, and the discount will be applied to your session.

Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
