Yes. The minimum contract is 3 months if you provide your own cleaning materials. If you prefer Luce to supply commercial-grade cleaning materials, a 12-month minimum contract applies.
It’s up to you—either you can provide the equipment or we can bring our own. If you choose for Luce to supply the equipment, a longer service contract is required. Should you end the service while using our equipment, we’ll arrange for an authorised team member to collect it.
A site visit isn’t usually necessary if you can provide details like the size of your condo or common areas. However, if you have special requests or unique requirements that could affect pricing, we may recommend a site visit to ensure an accurate quote. Just let us know what you need!
Yes, you can reschedule at no charge as long as it’s at least 48 hours before your appointment. Just note that availability may vary depending on our cleaner’s schedule.
