We hire local Singaporeans, permanent residents, and valid work pass holders to deliver high-quality condo cleaning services. While our cleaners come from diverse backgrounds, all are trained and certified to meet Luce’s professional cleaning standards for residential properties. Before deployment, we rigorously verify each cleaner’s legal work status with ICA to ensure full compliance.

All our condo cleaners are insured in accordance with the Work Injury Compensation Act under MOM. We take full responsibility for ensuring they are well-trained and familiar with proper cleaning materials. As part of our commitment to quality, our team is trained under the NEA Environmental Cleaning Work Skills Qualifications Framework, with all cleaners required to complete the EC WSQ Basic Cleaning Modules within 3 months of starting your service contract.

We maintain high standards by hiring only top-tier cleaning professionals and offering above-market salaries to retain them. Every cleaner undergoes a strict vetting process and completes annual training to keep their skills sharp. We also collect monthly feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement. Since every condo is different, our cleaners take time to understand your property's unique needs and tailor the cleaning routine accordingly.

Our cleaners travel via public transport, so slight delays can occur due to traffic or transit schedules. Cleaners may arrive up to 15 minutes earlier or later than your booked time. If it’s their first time cleaning your condo, they might also need extra time to navigate your building and locate your unit. We appreciate your understanding and patience as they work to deliver quality service.

Yes. The minimum contract is 3 months if you provide your own cleaning materials. If you prefer Luce to supply commercial-grade cleaning materials, a 12-month minimum contract applies.

It’s up to you—either you can provide the equipment or we can bring our own. If you choose for Luce to supply the equipment, a longer service contract is required. Should you end the service while using our equipment, we’ll arrange for an authorised team member to collect it.

A site visit isn’t usually necessary if you can provide details like the size of your condo or common areas. However, if you have special requests or unique requirements that could affect pricing, we may recommend a site visit to ensure an accurate quote. Just let us know what you need!

Yes, you can reschedule at no charge as long as it’s at least 48 hours before your appointment. Just note that availability may vary depending on our cleaner’s schedule.
