Our caregivers are professionally trained under AIC-accredited providers for eldercare and are certified in first aid, CPR, and AED. Each caregiver undergoes a thorough interview and vetting process to ensure they are highly qualified and capable of delivering compassionate, reliable, and quality care to your loved ones.

Our service hours are from 8am to 10pm. However, we are constantly on the look out for ways to improve our services and may explore this in the future! 

Luce does not offer direct subsidies for our eldercare services, but clients may be eligible for government subsidies to help offset caregiving costs. Here are two key schemes:

• Home Caregiving Grant (HCG): Provides a monthly cash payout of $250 or $400 to help cover the costs of senior care and community-based caregiver support services.
• Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme (PioneerDAS): Offers a $100 monthly cash payout for seniors who are part of the Pioneer Generation and have a moderate disability.
