This my first time engaging Luce service on elderly care. My mum is a bit plump and at first I very scared that Sree is unable to handle my mum. But she is very amazing. She is able to carry my mum on bed to change her diapers. And she had to change about 5 times during the 9 hrs service on the first day. Sree is very delicate and my mum likes her very much. I hope can have more of Sree's service in future.

Our service hours are from 8am to 10pm. However, we are constantly on the look out for ways to improve our services and may explore this in the future!

Luce does not offer direct subsidies for our eldercare services, but clients may be eligible for government subsidies to help offset caregiving costs. Here are two key schemes:

• Home Caregiving Grant (HCG): Provides a monthly cash payout of $250 or $400 to help cover the costs of senior care and community-based caregiver support services.
• Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme (PioneerDAS): Offers a $100 monthly cash payout for seniors who are part of the Pioneer Generation and have a moderate disability.
