Home Massage FAQ

Do I need to provide massage equipment?

No, you don’t need to provide any equipment. Our home base massage service is fully equipped with everything required to deliver a seamless and relaxing experience, right in the comfort of your home.

Are there any hidden fees or obligations?

What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.

Can I cancel or reschedule a massage session?

We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your massage appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled therapist, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App

I have a voucher, how do I use it?

You can use your voucher codes on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under "Your Order" after you select your package.

How do I pay for my massage? What's your mode of payment?

Payment is after your massage service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
