Our team will conduct a thorough assessment and use tailored stain-removal solutions for your specific curtains. We’ll always provide a transparent evaluation of what can be achieved before beginning the cleaning process.
Yes, we offer curtain dismantling as part of our service. To ensure a smooth process, please share the curtain’s height and length with our sales team during your initial inquiry. This allows us to confirm our team can safely and efficiently handle the dismantling based on accessibility requirements.
What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.
It depends on the type of cleaning method you selected, and the number of curtains you booked for cleaning. On average, Deep Extratcion can take at least an hour to complete per curtain, but can be lower or higher depending on the size of the curtain. UV-C Cleaning can take at least 30 minutes per curtain, but will also be dependent on the size of curtains for cleaning.
We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.
You can use your voucher codes on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under "Your Order" after you select your package.
Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
