What does deep cleaning include?

Our deep cleaning covers hidden and hard-to-reach areas. This includes scrubbing bathrooms, degreasing kitchen appliances (oven, stove, hood), dusting skirting boards, cleaning interior window ledges, dusting high corners, and sanitizing frequently-touched surfaces.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, our team arrives with professional-grade equipment and multipurpose cleaning
solutions. You don’t need to prepare anything.

How long does a deep cleaning session take?

It depends on your home size and condition, and each session is capped at 4 hours with a dedicated team. If your home requires additional time or extra cleaners due to its size or condition, extra charges will apply.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Many clients prefer to be present for the walk through at the start and end, but our trusted, background-checked team can clean while you’re away.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You may reschedule your booking at no extra cost as long as you let us know 48 hours before your appointment.

What are your available timeslots?

We have morning (8am-12pm), afternoon (1-5pm), and evening (6-10pm) time slots, and you can select any schedule that works best for you. This is to make sure our cleaners have enough travel between cleaning sessions.

Can your cleaners speak English?

Yes, all of our home cleaners can understand and communicate in at least basic English.
However, we request your patience and understanding when giving them instructions.

Are there any tasks not included in Deep Cleaning?

Deep cleaning does not include carpet steaming, curtain cleaning, moving or lifting heavy furniture, or discarding debris/large trash items. However, upholstery cleaning can be booked as an add-on. Please note that we do not provide disposal or furniture moving services kindly arrange these separately before your session.

How much does deep cleaning cost?

We offer transparent pricing with no platform fees. Final cost depends on home size and selected add-ons. Request a quote and we’ll provide a clear breakdown before you confirm.
