Most cleaning sessions take 1–3 hours, depending on the size and condition of your carpet or rug. On average, Deep Extraction can take at least an hour to complete per item, but it can be lower or higher depending on the size.

Deep Extraction combines high power scrubbing, low foam shampoo, and precision steam & suction to remove dirt, bacteria, and allergens deep within your carpets and rugs—leaving them cleaner, fresher, and longer-lasting.

We recommend a professional cleaning every 6 months to maintain freshness, hygiene, and prolong the life of your furniture.

As our carpet cleaners are hired as full time Luce employees, we properly train each hire before they are deployed. This is to make sure their work is up to the carpet cleaning service standard we consistently aim to provide.

Yes! Our deep extraction process tackles most common stains and odors, including spills, pet accidents, and food stains. Some older or more severe stains may require more than 1 session, but you’ll still see a noticeable improvement after cleaning.

Drying usually takes around 4–6 hours, depending on the carpet type, ventilation, and
humidity. We provide tips to help speed up the drying process.

Yes! We use eco-friendly, non-toxic solutions that are safe for children, pets, and anyone with sensitive skin.

You can book instantly online, or reach out to our sales agent, we’ll be happy to assist you and schedule a time that’s convenient for you.

We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled technician, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.

You can use your voucher codes on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under "Your Order" after you select your package.

Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.

What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.
