Our move in and move out cleaning service covers a thorough cleaning of the entire home to prepare it for new occupants or property handover. This includes scrubbing bathrooms, degreasing kitchen appliances and surfaces, cleaning cabinets, dusting skirting boards, wiping interior window ledges, removing dust from hard-to-reach areas, and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces throughout the property.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, our team arrives with professional-grade equipment and multipurpose cleaning
solutions. You don’t need to prepare anything.

How long does a move in / move out cleaning session take?

The duration depends on your property's size, layout, and overall condition. Each cleaning session is capped at 4 hours with a dedicated cleaning team. If additional time or extra cleaners are required due to the property's size or cleaning requirements, additional charges may apply.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Many customers prefer to be present for a quick walkthrough before and after the service, especially for move-in or move-out cleanings. However, our trusted and background-checked cleaning team can complete the service while you're away.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You may reschedule your booking at no extra cost as long as you let us know 48 hours before your appointment.

What are your available timeslots?

We have morning (8am-12pm), afternoon (1-5pm), and evening (6-10pm) time slots, and you can select any schedule that works best for you. This is to make sure our cleaners have enough travel between cleaning sessions.

Can your cleaners speak English?

Yes, all of our home cleaners can understand and communicate in at least basic English.
However, we request your patience and understanding when giving them instructions.

Are there any tasks not included in move in / move out cleaning?

Our move in / move out cleaning service does not include carpet steam cleaning, curtain cleaning, moving or lifting heavy furniture, or the disposal of debris and bulky items. Upholstery cleaning is available as an add-on service. Please arrange any furniture moving or disposal requirements before your scheduled cleaning appointment.
